Qualifications for Salespersons License


Georgia Salesperson License
To pursue “Your Career for Life”, you must first begin by obtaining your salesperson’s license which is issued by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. To qualify for this license in Georgia, you must:
•    Be at least 18 years old.
•    Be a resident of the State of Georgia, unless seeking a nonresident license.
•    Pass a state real estate examination administered by the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s approved test administrator Applied Measurement Professionals with a minimum score of 75%.
•    Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency (GED)
•    Obtain a criminal history report from the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation)
•    Complete a 75 hour Salesperson Pre-license course, attending all the sessions
